You will receive 15 templates grouped thematically across four spreadsheets. The proposal development file includes the following templates: (1) a proposal development task list, (2) a compliance matrix (solicitation summary), (3) a template for summarizing proposal milestones, (4) a proposal team list, (5) an issue tracker, (6) a style sheet reference, and (7) an abbreviation list. The proposal calendar file includes (1) a 12-month proposal calendar, (2) an example calendar for reference, and (3) a list-format calendar. The literature review file includes (1) a template to provide instructions for the research, (2) a template for organizing the literature review, and (3) a template for collecting internal sources. The final work plan and staffing file includes three templates for materials that may be needed for the proposal, such as (1) the work plan, (2) the staffing plan, and (3) the project work breakdown structure.
We have not included a proposal template because proposal formats vary considerably. You can learn how to create a proposal template in our free course, Proposal Templates 101.
